Most concerns between a client and clinician can be resolved directly through open communication. In rare situations, a concern may need to be escalated. In compliance with the State of Texas, the information below is provided to support you if you need to file a report.

Business Violation Concerns
If you believe you have been a victim fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas please contact the Attorney General's Office to file a consumer complaint.

License Violation Concerns
If you believe a clinician has violated their code of ethics and/or exceeded the scope of their licensing regulations, please contact the licensing board.

We are required to retain your records for 7 years, or 5 years after a former child client has turned 18. If needed, records can be requested via the portal.
